Pumpkin carving? Dont mind if I do!

My sad truth about the sweet Halloween tradition of pumpkin carving is I haven't cut one up since I was a child. So you can imagine my excitement when I dashed to Costco with Anna and picked up EIGHT plumpy pumpkins.Tonight, in the company of great friends, the Tradition is coming back to life!

Alrighty KK, you will never believe how I got through my Geology lecture class.... I was bored with the teachers lesson and in a creative mind set... I wrote a poem.. First ever, so don't judge too harshly. Try to guess who it is about... :) and CALL ME gosh darn it!
P.S. keep in mind that it is extremely corny and dramatized.. so actual emotions are not to this extent. Dramatic effect, you understand.

My Inspiration

I know you wonder why I care

What had college done to me???

ABSOLUTELY NOTHING

On the contrary to popular belief, college has NOT turned me into a crazed young lady who yearns for the next exciting party and whose biggest concern is was to pierce next.

I was just trying to psyche out my dad who is in town for a few days...Sadly for me, it was a failure.

He didnt believe it for one second. He told me "I know you too well to fall for that nice try you lil imp." 

Shucks....

All that effort trying to look all grungy and bad ass for nothing. 

Maybe I will do it for real! Then I'd really get a rise out of the old man.... 

It doesn't look too bad anyways, right?

Night Out On The Town With The PG'S! :)

The Pic is minus one troop (Jhenyia). Fun night with the girls, Jhenyia and Rosa, Mia's friends from Seattle, came to visit again for the weekend. We had a pretty good night, climbed some artwork on campus and met a bunch of people... bahaha.... Ya... I am going to miss it up here! I love my friends and I dont want to leave! WAH!!! But it will all work out. Transferring to BSU next year so trying to live it up while I still have the time :)

My Date with an Army Brats Mother

A friend of mines, Chrystal, mom came to visit her all the way from Japan. She wanted to take Chrystal and some of her friends out, so Chrystal invited Anastasia, Mia, and me. We went to the EXCELLENT restaurant right on the bay, I think it was called Anthony's. YUMMY STEAK! Chrystal's mom took the tab, so sweet of her. So we are about to leave and I had to go to the restroom. so I found my way there opened the door and took a few steps in, and on my right.... URINALS!!!!  So I casually walked about to the door opened it and examined the sign and yes... I HAD WALKED INTO THE MENS! I always thought reading was my strong point too. Darn. After that whole escapade we went to Ross. Chrystal's mom said to us "okay, you each get $40." I'm not the type of person to except money like that, she was lucky I even let her buy dinner. But when I persisted it actually offended her. So I got a $14 dress and told her nothing else fit right. She invited us all to Easter dinner this Sunday, Mia is going, but I don't know if anyone else can make it. Such a nice lady though!
